1. Conduct in-process checks and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards at each production stage. 2. Monitor production processes to identify deviations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions. 3. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for in-process quality checks. 4. Ensure documentation and recording of all in-process quality checks and deviations. 5. Provide immediate feedback to the production team for any non-conformance. 6. Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
1. Oversee the operations of the quality assurance laboratory, including testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
2. Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and used according to guidelines.
3. Develop and update testing protocols, standards, and methods in line with industry best practices.
4. Review and approve test reports to ensure accurate and reliable data.
5. Maintain proper documentation and records of all lab activities for audits and regulatory inspections.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
1. Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, IATF, RDSO, ISI etc).
2. Prepare and participate in internal and external audits.
3. Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions on audit findings.
