Quality Engineer-Customer & IATF (Male,2-4y)

We are an IATF 16949 Certified company supplying auto parts to OEM Car manufacturers in South India.

Looking for BE / DME / Any Graduate (MALE ONLY) with 2-4 yrs experience in Automotive Industry handling In-House Quality and Customer End Quality Control.

Candidates need to have strong technical background and good understanding of Quality Systems and processes followed in Automotive Field.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Follow Standard procedures / Practices and QC Tools to Monitor and Improve Inhouse Quality Mechanisms to ensure Zero PPM. Ensure Zero Defect at Customer End.

2. Conduct routine inhouse Audits / Trainings and implement improvements

3. Attend Customer End Quality Meetings

4. Analyse and Submit proper Counter Measures for Quality Issues

5.Monitor Inhouse Quality Parameters

6. Conduct periodical MRM

7. Keep IATF Documentation up-to-date

8.Capture Quality Data in ERP

9.Provide Quality Reports to Management

10.Prepare & Submit Documentation for all NPD

11.Ensure compliance and Revalidation activities are Completed in time.
