Full Time
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection processes.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with
quality standards.
- Analyse product failures and process deviations, identify root causes, and recommend
corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead and support internal audits and participate in external audits (customer or regulatory).
- Review and maintain documentation such as inspection reports, test records, and non-
conformance reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to ensure quality requirements
are met throughout the supply chain.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by reviewing product drawings, specifications, and
conducting first article inspections (FAI).
- Train production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, FMEA, and
SPC.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering,
- Proficient in using measuring instruments.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Knowledge of GD&T, statistical analysis, and control plans.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
