Job Description

Job Title: Engineer - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

Support, conduct, and follow up on quality inspections to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and track internal and external defect reports.
Analyze quality data and implement improvement measures.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented and quality standards maintained.
Prepare and conduct quality meetings for defect detection, evaluation, and prevention.
Provide data for product-specific KPIs.
Maintain equipment master data in final assembly.
Support the introduction of new inspection methods and ensure correct usage.
Assist in creating product-specific inspection plans and work instructions in line with standard requirements.

Qualifications:

Technical training with further qualification as a technician m/f/d preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, final assembly, quality management, and ideally electrical engineering.
ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Precise, structured working style; team-oriented, resilient, and communicative.
Good English skills desirable
