Job Description

You will handle various tasks related to quality assurance and supplier audits, including PPAP Documentation, 8D, APQP, ISO/IATF, and Supplier Audits. Your responsibilities will involve: - Conducting Final & Online Inspection - Ensuring Supplier Quality Assurance - Managing Instruments Calibration - Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures - Analyzing product specifications and reviewing Quality Assurance reports - Identifying the root cause of quality problems and coordinating corrective actions - Selecting New Product Gauges - Demonstrating knowledge of Measuring Instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometre, Air gauge, plug gauge, snap gauge, PCD & run out, comparators, height gauge, etc. - Preparing and solving rejection problems, rework analysis using Q.C tools - Performing Layout inspection, SPC & MSA plan, and conducting studies - Handling Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and rejection control through daily tracking - Reviewing daily inspection of parts at In-Process & First piece approval - Conducting Quality Management System Audits, internal audits for IATF, and Supplier audits (ISO9001 & IATF 16949) - Preparing PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, RCA, why-why analysis, and APQP Documents Additionally, you may need to work on other tasks related to Quality Management Systems and audits. Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent, and Fresher job opportunity with benefits including Health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
