The Customer Support Coordinator role involves handling in-house equipment, operations, customer coordination, and documentation. As a Customer Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include installation and commissioning, reporting, coordination, database management, internal and external coordination, and services management. To qualify for this role, you should have an I.T.I or Diploma in Electronics and 2-4 years of experience in repairing, maintenance, and calibration of instruments. Responsibilities and Deliverables: - Installation & Commissioning: Provide on-site installation & commissioning of instruments, perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs within scheduled timelines, and calibrate instruments as per standard procedures. - Reporting: Submit reports to the Team Leader within scheduled timelines, coordinate with internal work teams, and maintain documentation as required. - Database Management: Maintain records of equipment coming for calibration/repair and assist in various reports and presentations. - Internal & External Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, reception, stores, and OEMs for various tasks and solutions. - Services Management: Send reminders to customers, plan and execute service schedules. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as life insurance, paid sick time, and performance bonuses. The work schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift.
