Inspect fasteners during various production stages for dimensions, threads, and surface finish. Use gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments accurately. Identify and report defects or deviations to the supervisor. Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Ensure proper segregation of OK/Not OK parts during inspection and inform the production team of recurring issues. Conduct first-piece inspection at the start of each shift or batch and ensure approval before mass production.
