As a Delivery Excellence COE Leader at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), your role is crucial in ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and predictability in consulting engagements across various service lines. You will collaborate with delivery leaders and partners to drive the consistent delivery of consulting services by applying industrialized methodologies and processes based on industry best practices. Your responsibilities include optimizing competencies within the Delivery Excellence function, supporting the scaling of service delivery maturity, and overseeing delivery reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Own and lead the delivery review process across global GDS Consulting, conducting thorough evaluations of consulting engagements and ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards. - Drive the consistent delivery of consulting services by applying industrialized methodologies and ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. - Integrate CMMI practices into delivery reviews to assess service delivery maturity, process consistency, and compliance with global quality framework. - Identify opportunities for process improvement during delivery reviews, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage data to refine best practices. - Act as a key liaison between project delivery teams and risk management to proactively identify and mitigate risks during delivery reviews. - Build strong relationships with global and regional consulting leaders, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality outcomes. - Mentor and develop the Delivery Excellence team, focusing on enhancing their capabilities in conducting effective delivery reviews, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems/engineering - Minimum 14+ years of IT industry experience - Strong knowledge of service delivery across various industries/sectors - Exposure to industrialized delivery and client relationship roles in multiple geographies - Understanding of competitive landscape on industrialized processes and AI-enabled technology - Experience in implementing CMMi, ISO, Information/Data Security, and other quality frameworks - Proven leadership in executing large-scale, multi-industry, multi-geography engagements/portfolios - Visionary in driving organization-wide transformation agenda and implementing delivery excellence practices By joining EY, you will contribute to building a better working world by providing high-value services to clients, empowering teams with standardized service delivery processes, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
