Quality Coordinator - Inhouse

As a Quality Controller Garments In-house Checker, your role involves ensuring that the finished garments meet company standards by conducting thorough inspections and identifying any defects. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough inspections of finished garments to ensure they meet company standards for quality, fit, and finish. - Identifying and reporting any defects, such as incorrect stitching, fabric flaws, or fit issues. - Verifying that all garments meet internal quality control standards and any applicable legal or regulatory requirements. - Maintaining detailed records of quality checks and findings. - Communicating findings to relevant teams and coordinating on resolving quality issues. - Suggesting improvements in quality control processes to enhance product consistency. - Ensuring garments match approved samples and size chart specifications. - Verifying fabric quality, including color consistency and conformity to specifications. - Inspecting trimmings, zippers, buttons, and other accessories for defects and consistency. - Checking garment dimensions and fit to ensure they meet size chart specifications and industry standards.
