Job Title: Data Management Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Management Specialist to support our data processing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, restructuring, validating, and uploading data into our system while ensuring accuracy and compliance with program rules. This role requires advanced Excel skills to manipulate and organize data efficiently. The selected candidate will also be responsible for conducting post-upload testing to confirm data integrity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Data Cleaning & Preparation: Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in datasets. Standardize and format raw data to match system requirements. Ensure data consistency across different sources. Data Reorganization & Formatting: Transform data structures to align with the platforms required format. Create and modify Excel templates/macros for efficient data processing. Use pivot tables, formulas, and automation techniques to organize data efficiently. Data Validation & Compliance: Validate datasets against predefined business rules and logic. Perform checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Data Upload & System Integration: Prepare and upload validated data into the platform. Address errors during upload and troubleshoot issues. Document upload procedures and ensure compliance with system standards. Post-Upload Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct data verification after uploads to confirm accuracy. Perform sample tests to identify missing or incorrect entries. Generate reports to highlight any anomalies or errors. Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify opportunities for improving data management workflows. Maintain records of data processing steps and update documentation. Train team members on best practices in data management and Excel automation. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and nested formulas. Data cleaning techniques using functions like TEXT, CONCATENATE, TRIM, SUBSTITUTE, etc. Macros and VBA scripting (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in handling and processing large datasets. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow complex data validation rules. Understanding of data structures and data formatting principles. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in data science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field. Experience working with database tools or data management systems (optional). Work closely with the factory to ensure all production-related activities are secured to ensure 100% on-time delivery. - Responsible for sample development and secure sample proto to SRS for leather accessories and apparel categories. - Ensure base testing is carried out for fabrics and raw materials and collaborate with the Raw Material team for approval. - Carry out/revise costing and negotiate prices with suppliers, understand product costing, and suggest alternatives to meet Product Managers" aesthetic and margin targets. - Allocate vendors for products and work closely with identified vendors. - Collaborate with the capacity team on capacity management. - Ensure sample lead time is as per RL standard or minimum. - Work to secure all approvals before order confirmation. - Ensure all pre-production activities are timely executed. - Work with the factory to ensure production TNA (Time and Action) is followed and secured to ship on time. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: - Must have 6+ years of Merchandising/sourcing experience preferred with a US buying office or large trading business. - Good knowledge and understanding of leather accessories and apparel in both men's and women's categories. - At least 6 years of leather accessories manufacturing experience and merchandising with a main focus on product development and production. - Background in a manufacturing global brand or liaison office is required. - Profound product and material knowledge in high-end brands with good fashion sense. - Knowledge of footwear construction, basic knowledge of footwear design, colorways, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim, print design, and manufacturing. - Good working knowledge in leather, synthetic, and other materials. - Knowledgeable in product development and production processes and best practices. - High adaptability and flexibility to changing business environments, able to work independently. - Detail-oriented and able to handle very structured processes. - Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and analysis, familiar with multiple systems, charts, and reports. - Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. - Must be fluent in spoken and written English. - Candidates with exposure to multiple brands, calendars, and product categories are preferred.,

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Knowledge of all type die maintenance running on above automated lines. Responsible to maintain the dies assigned to him. Handling of Emergency breakdown of all type of dies (E.g. Draw, Trim, Blank, Pierce form etc.) Knowledge of preventive maintenance of dies. Services, maintains, and test new or changed dies. Trouble shooting of dies during production support of the plant automated production lines like Transfer, Tandem & progressive tools. Break down maintenance of dies in house. Coordination with Tool Room supervisor from time to time. Knowledge of Tool try out & proved the components. Knowledge of welding related to press tool. Knowledge & hands on of Conventional M/c. like milling, drilling, surface grinding welding, Lathe, Shearing machine. Knowledge of Kaizen. Knowledge of 5s. Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on all tooling and fills out the pm sheet. Operates a variety of small machines, tools and equipment. Verifies conformance of machined or repaired dies to specifications by checking dimensions, clearances and alignments. Modifies dies and tooling to conform to engineering changes. Tryout of new die sets and tooling. Maintain good housekeeping practices. Perform all other duties as required Qualifications : 4 years Diploma in tool & die making Knowledge of Press tool Operations.
