Quality Controller (GARMENTS)

As a Quality Controller, your role involves ensuring the quality standards of garment construction, specifically focusing on shirts, fabric properties, and stitching techniques. You will be expected to: - Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in garment construction, fabric properties, and quality standards. - Utilize quality control techniques like AQL standards to identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions. - Set quality standards aligned with buyer requirements and provide guidance to departments and processes. - Develop SOPs for production and preparatory processes to achieve right-first-time quality. - Establish and maintain MIS for quality measurement and recording. - Monitor product quality at various production stages. - Train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and tools. - Have experience in woven garments. Qualifications required for this role are: - B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Textile or any relevant degree. - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
