Quality Controller (Fashion & Lifestyle)

As a Quality Controller at Top Notch Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards from the initial design phase to the final delivery of products to customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting both inline and final inspections at factories and finishing units - Overseeing the quality standards throughout the production process - Ensuring that the products align with buyer-approved samples and measurements - Promptly addressing and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintaining comprehensive inspection reports - Recommending corrective actions when necessary - Verifying packaging and documentation prior to shipment - Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and top-notch output The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel quality control, preferably in womenswear, and a strong grasp of AQL standards, inspection procedures, and buyer protocols. Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential. You must be willing to travel regularly to vendor locations and production sites to oversee quality control processes effectively.
