Top Notch Sourcing, located in Jaipur, is looking to expand its quality team and is in search of a diligent and seasoned Quality Controller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in apparel quality control, preferably in womenswear. As a Quality Controller at Top Notch Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards from the initial design phase to the final delivery of products to customers. If you possess a deep understanding of garment specifications, compliance requirements, and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this position. Your responsibilities will include conducting both inline and final inspections at factories and finishing units, overseeing the quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring that the products align with buyer-approved samples and measurements, as well as promptly addressing and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain comprehensive inspection reports, recommend corrective actions when necessary, verify packaging and documentation prior to shipment, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and top-notch output. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of AQL standards, inspection procedures, and buyer protocols, along with excellent communication and reporting skills. You must be willing to travel regularly to vendor locations and production sites to oversee quality control processes effectively.
