Quality Control Supervisor

We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor oversees the quality control process, ensuring products meet standards, manages quality control teams, implements quality protocols, and addresses production issues The quality control supervisor understands the customer's needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams. Your responsibilities will include performing some business administration and human resource duties. Ensure products and processes adhere to established quality standards and specifications. Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of quality control inspectors and technicians. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols. Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues that arise during production. Perform or oversee inspections and testing of materials, products, and processes.
