Quality Control (QC) Manager, Interior Design

As a Quality Control (QC) Manager at SpazioLiv, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high execution standards across our residential and commercial interior projects. Your main responsibilities will include conducting site inspections to verify work alignment with drawings, designs, and material standards, identifying and correcting defects in various areas such as civil, carpentry, electrical, modular, and paintwork, inspecting modular furniture for finish, fitting, and packaging quality before dispatch, monitoring vendor workmanship, enforcing quality SOPs on-site, performing pre-handover audits for snag-free delivery, and maintaining QC reports while coordinating with project and design teams. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Execution, or a relevant field, along with 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry. A strong knowledge of modular furniture systems, site processes, and industry finishing standards is essential, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings using software like AutoCAD, PDFs, and BOQs. Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members are also key requirements for this position.
