1 Sampling and analysis for incoming material (RM/PM/Sales return)
2.Sampling WIP FG material, testing and clearance for next process
3.Sampling for FG, testing and clearance for filling
4.Random Checking of filled barrels visual inspection
5.Visual observation and approval of empty tanker for bulk despatches
6.Completing Navision entries to clear despatch
7.Physical and Chemical testing of despatched material in BSR area
8.Daily testing of Effluent Treatment Plant water
9.Evaluation of Pre-incoming sampling of RM
10.Testing of free samples/blended samples for potential customer for trials
11.Analysis of deviations during WIP
12.Certificate of Analysis to be approved for despatch from Navision
13.Customer complaints batch analysis
14.In house calibration of equipment
15.Preparation and standardisation of chemical solutions
16.ISO Internal auditor responsibilities
