Quality Control Microbiologist

As a QC Executive - Microbiologist at Minimalist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving product quality through effective quality control processes. Your responsibilities will include updating the Quality Control (QC) tracker with accurate product quality data, ensuring timely recording of quality issues and test results, and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, you will be involved in creating, revising, and maintaining quality process documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to personal care products. You will also be expected to prepare detailed reports on quality performance, analyze trends, identify issues, and propose improvement actions to management. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-5 years of experience and preferably hold a degree in Btech, Bsc, or Msc in any specialization. You should possess a strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices, along with proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and tracking systems. Excellent collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques specific to personal care products are essential for success in this position.,
