Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of all products processed through the CED and liquid painting lines, ensuring adherence to customer specifications, internal standards, and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw components, in-process items, and finished products for compliance with CED and liquid paint jobwork specifications. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Verify coating thickness, adhesion, gloss, surface finish, and other relevant parameters. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality records. Identify defects such as runs, sags, pinholes, orange peel, blisters, or poor coverage. Approve or reject finished products based on inspection outcomes. Communicate non-conformities to production supervisors and assist in root cause analysis. Support internal audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
