Job Title: Quality Control / Quality Inspector – Spindle Manufacturing

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Control / Quality Inspector to ensure that our manufactured spindles and components meet industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, knowledge of quality inspection processes, and experience in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect spindles and components to ensure they meet technical and quality standards.
• Conduct dimensional checks using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities in materials or finished products.
• Document inspection reports and communicate findings to the production team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and industry quality standards.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Maintain and calibrate quality inspection tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing unit (Preferably spindle or precision engineering).
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
