Quality Control Executive

As a Quality Controller at Truedesign Apparels in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards at every stage of the production process. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining quality standards, conducting pre-production oversight, monitoring production processes, and training quality personnel. Your key responsibilities will involve implementing quality standards across departments, auditing incoming fabrics and trims, participating in product development stages, ensuring no faulty fabric is used for cutting, conducting in-line and end-of-line inspections, analyzing quality reports, and ensuring the final garments meet quality standards through systematic audits. To excel in this role, you should hold a diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the garment manufacturing industry. Your keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in identifying defects, developing improvement plans, and collaborating effectively with various departments.
