Job Overview

Darsh Cotton House, a leading bedsheet manufacturing textile factory in Pilkhuwa, is hiring an experienced Quality Control Executive (Textile) to ensure consistent quality across all stages of bedsheet production.

This role focuses on inspection, defect prevention, reporting, and coordination with production teams to maintain high-quality home textile standards.

Key Responsibilities (SEO Optimized)

• Conduct quality checks of bedsheets at cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages
• Inspect fabric quality, stitching accuracy, measurements, color consistency, and finishing
• Identify and report defects such as stains, holes, loose threads, uneven stitching, or size variation
• Maintain daily quality inspection records and reports
• Coordinate with production and factory supervisors to resolve quality issues
• Ensure only approved quality products move to packing and dispatch
• Work on reducing rejection rates and rework
• Submit end-of-day quality reports to management

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Control – Textile / Bedsheet / Home Furnishing
• Strong knowledge of textile production and quality standards
• Experience working in a textile or bedsheet manufacturing factory
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle quality documentation and reporting

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
