Quality Control Executive for Chemical Industry

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, motors, drives, transformers, and control panels. Additionally, you will maintain and troubleshoot PLC, VFD, DCS, and instrumentation systems used in chemical process control. It will be your duty to monitor and optimize energy usage by implementing power-saving measures and ensuring compliance with statutory electrical safety and environmental regulations. Your role will involve supervising electrical technicians, coordinating with production and instrumentation teams, and maintaining documentation such as single-line diagrams (SLDs), maintenance records, and inspection reports. You will also assist in electrical system upgrades, automation projects, and support the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment. Qualifications: - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical. - 8 to 10 years of experience in a chemical, pharma, or process manufacturing industry. - Knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgear, DG sets, motors, and industrial power distribution. - Familiarity with PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley), DCS systems, and SCADA. - Understanding of hazardous area classifications and explosion-proof equipment (Ex-rated).
