Quality Control Executive

As an Analytical Method Validation Chemist, your role involves conducting method validation experiments with precision and accuracy. You will be responsible for using a variety of analytical techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Spectrophotometry (UV-Vis), Electrophoresis, Titration, and other specialized techniques. It is crucial to ensure proper handling of samples, standards, and reagents while operating and maintaining analytical instruments according to established procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Perform experiments outlined in validation protocols with accuracy and precision - Operate and maintain analytical instruments following established procedures - Document experimental work meticulously in laboratory notebooks and data sheets - Troubleshoot any analytical issues during the validation process - Analyze data using statistical methods and evaluate results against acceptance criteria - Identify and investigate out-of-specification or out-of-trend results - Prepare detailed method validation reports summarizing procedures, results, and conclusions - Maintain organized records of validation protocols, raw data, reports, and related documentation - Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and regulatory guidelines - Participate in internal and external audits related to method validation - Contribute to the development and revision of QC procedures and method validation guidelines Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline - Hands-on experience with a variety of analytical techniques - Familiarity with HPLC, Spectrophotometry, Electrophoresis, Titration, and other specialized techniques - Proficiency in documenting experimental work following GLP standards - Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues - Knowledge of statistical methods for data analysis - Experience in preparing detailed validation reports - Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and compliance Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.
