Responsibilities:
Reports to the Quality ManagerMonitor and ensure food safety & quality standards across production.
Conduct quality checks, audits, and inspections.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, R&D, Marketing) for product improvementsInvestigate and resolve quality-related issues, deviations, or customer complaints, ensuring preventive and corrective actions.
Handle basic documentation, compliance, and QA reports.
Investigate and help resolve quality issues/complaints.
Requirements:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Tech / Food Science / Food Engineering.
1–2 years’ experience in Quality / R&D / Production (FMCG preferred).
Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
