Quality control Associate

You will be responsible for preparing customer files, reviewing batch records, and releasing batch records. You will act as a liaison to our customer's quality assurance groups for batch record review and release. You will manage communication between operations/production, project management, and other quality groups. Additionally, you will approve all batch records prior to production to ensure they conform to cGMP requirements. - Timely analysis of under test samples and providing timely results - Coordinating with production for quality-related issues and clarification - Sampling and analysis for RM/Intermediate/Finished Goods - Ensuring compliance of ATR - Assisting the team in ISO implementation - Knowledge of calibration, standard preparation, standardization, and relevant documentation - Handling knowledge of HPLC, GC, and wet analysis You will thrive and create an impact by: - Providing timely reports to SAP for result recording - Filling and updating all documents - Achieving zero accidents in Quality operations - Ensuring batch-wise timelines, quantity, and quality are met - Training and supervising the operators in your department - Being a member of the Emergency response team and guiding & training other team members in case of an emergency - Maintaining ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005, SAP, and other Quality systems in the department - Maintaining analytical records/log sheets as per GMP & ISO guidelines Avantor is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
