Job Description

We are looking to onboard a skilled Quality Control Analyst with 3+ years of AR Caller experience, preferably with strong expertise in denial management, to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge in quality control and assurance, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement and prepare reports to track key performance indicators.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an AR Caller (US Healthcare RCM).
Mandatory experience in denial management.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience in CRM/IT-enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
