Job Title: Quality Checker(Nitra Certified) Job Location: Ghaziabad Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Quality Checker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various weaving techniques and possess a keen eye for detail. As a checker, you will be responsible for checking fabrics using a variety of materials to create high-quality textiles for various purposes, including fashion, home décor, and industrial products. Key Responsibilities: · Operate traditional hand looms or automatic weaving machines to create fabric. · Select and prepare yarns or fibers for checking, ensuring proper tension and alignment. · Set up and maintain weaving equipment, ensuring smooth operation. · Follow design specifications and patterns to create unique textile products. · Inspect woven fabric for quality, ensuring it meets company standards. · Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on weaving machines. · Collaborate with designers, production teams, and other staff to meet production goals and timelines. · Ensure proper use and storage of raw materials, including yarns and threads. · Maintain a clean and organized work environment. · Adhere to safety and quality control protocols. Qualifications: · Previous experience in quality checker or textile manufacturing preferred. · Knowledge of handloom weaving, Jacquard or other weaving techniques. · Familiarity with different types of yarns and fibers. · Ability to read and interpret weaving patterns and design instructions. · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. · Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. · Basic knowledge of machine maintenance is a plus. · High school diploma or equivalent further training in textile arts or related fields is a plus.
