Job Description

As a Quality Auditing Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing various customer requests and queries from law agencies and third-party firms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing customer account reviews - Placing transaction holds - Extracting account summaries - Communicating with law firms, customers, and agencies - Reviewing dispute claims to determine the authenticity of card chargeback claims and honoring requests as per regulation E. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Written and verbal communication skills - Adequate knowledge in reviewing and validating various customer account types and requests received through various communication modes of the bank - Ability to block funds, review customer transactions, perform account maintenance requests, modify customer details, extract customer account details, close cards, and reconcile accounts - Monitoring and sharing all communications with law firms, US agencies, Treasury, and third-party firms - Validating customer details with various tools and providing adequate solutions - Completing day-to-day tasks within agreed timelines and quality per defined SLAs - Flexibility to work in any shift as per business requirements - Understanding and adherence to all process SOPs to meet client expectations - Tracking all pending/outstanding customer requests with specific timelines defined for each process - Confidence and ability to interact during client connects and create solutions with a proactive approach - Good knowledge and understanding of various banking domain products and banking terminology - Fraud risk management skills - Flexibility with shifts and willingness to extend shift timings during the transition phase Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. The work location is Chennai, and work is from the office only.,
