Quality Assurance Test Engineer

As a Software Quality Engineer/Test Automation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the SCRUM team, actively participating in sprint planning, review, retrospective, and grooming sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand project requirements, develop automated test scripts, and execute them using Continuous Integration systems. Additionally, you will be involved in cybersecurity (IEC 62443), performance, and other non-functional test activities to ensure the quality of the software. You will play a crucial role in supporting the development team by creating and executing test cases manually, reporting bugs, and tracking them until closure. Your expertise will be utilized in creating test estimations and reports, as well as maintaining and adapting test cases to accommodate new or changing requirements. By assisting in enabling faster market delivery and enhancing quality assurance processes, you will contribute to the overall success of the project. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Quality Engineer/Test Automation Engineer, along with a university degree focusing on software quality assurance, software engineering, or a related field. Your proficiency in C# with Selenium automation, software testing/QA background, SCRUM/Agile methodology, test case creation and execution, and continuous integration will be essential for this position. Moreover, your experience in utilizing tools like Ranorex, Jenkins, Postman, JMeter, TestRail, Azure DevOps Test Plans, and version control systems such as Azure DevOps, Jira, SVN, and Git will be advantageous. Knowledge of programming languages like C++, C#, and JavaScript will be beneficial, and possessing an ISTQB certification is a plus.
