Job Description

1. Testing Applications and Products both manually and using automated tools.
2. Install and configure software, use debug settings and have technical ability to gather logs, traces, etc. to add to bug reports when provided with instructions. 3. Run automated scripts, analyze failures, support automation. 4. Identify issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, communicate to stake holders and escalation of issue and providing status reports 5. Assist developers or other testers and maintain a high-quality test environment, recommends improvements to SOPs, tools and metrics.
