Quality Assurance Specialist

As an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist at Evoxify in Mohali, India, your role will involve performing manual testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility. You will be responsible for identifying, logging, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Collaboration with developers, designers, and project managers will be crucial to understand requirements and testing needs. Developing and executing comprehensive test cases, plans, and scenarios for various testing stages will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, conducting regression, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure robust performance across platforms, as well as validating and verifying fixes through rigorous retesting and impact analysis, will be essential. Your role will also include preparing detailed testing reports and documentation to provide insights into product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing of web applications - Identify, log, and track bugs using JIRA or Bugzilla - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, plans, and scenarios - Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing - Validate and verify fixes through rigorous retesting - Prepare detailed testing reports and documentation Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC - Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla - Knowledge of web technologies and browser compatibility - Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration In addition to the above details, the job is full-time with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
