Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the international sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience working with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality control best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance within the CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with quality control software and tools is desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
