Quality Assurance Manager - Supply Chain - J49863

Role & responsibilities

Primary skills - Must to have

8-12 years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Selenium / Playwright automation, as well as functional testing.
• Proven experience leading offshore QA teams in a hands-on capacity.• Proficiency in Java, Javascript and Python for automation scripting (C# experience is a plus).• Proficiency with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, Insomnia).• Strong knowledge of test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, PyTest).• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with SQL, Couchbase and NoSQL databases.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Secondary skills

Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
