Quality Assurance Lead

As a Lead Software Quality Engineer at the company, your main role will involve establishing and contributing to tools and processes for automating testing and manual testing of applications, regardless of front-end or back-end. You will work on projects of moderate to high complexity, requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Collaborating with software architects and developers, you will be responsible for developing software test strategies and plans. Additionally, you will document test strategies, test cases, summaries, and expected outcomes. Your duties will also include evolving formal QA processes and standards, ensuring that the team adheres to industry-accepted best practices, and developing testing assets such as re-usable testing strategies and automated testing tools. Your qualifications for this role include having a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science) or a demonstrated history of programming from a young age. You should have at least 4 years of relevant work experience, experience in various types of testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Installation & Upgrade, Sanity/Smoke testing), familiarity with Agile software development methodologies, and understanding of user interface design. Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices, industry standards, methodologies, and frameworks is essential. You should be able to leverage technology to enhance product quality and development efficiency, and think creatively when creating and executing test plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Core & Advanced Java, JavaScript, cloud technologies, Bash, goLang, Python, Puppeteer, Chef, Selenium, JMeter, Load testing tools, web Automation Testing, and defect/project management tools are required.
