You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing end-to-end quality assurance processes for fabrics and garments. This includes leading inspections at all stages, managing the vendor base, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting quality issues, conducting audits, and delivering training modules on quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance processes for fabrics and garments. - Lead inspections at all stages including raw material, inline, and final shipment. - Manage and expand the vendor base to maintain consistent quality and on-time delivery. - Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure specifications are met. - Engage with vendors and factories to troubleshoot quality issues and provide technical guidance. - Conduct regular audits of vendor facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Create and deliver training modules on quality standards for internal teams and vendors. - Analyze quality reports to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8+ years of experience in garment quality management. - Strong technical knowledge of fabric and garment construction, especially in knitwear and wovenwear. - Existing vendor network relevant to product categories. - Experience from a reputed brand or robust manufacturing background. - Formal education in Textile Engineering or related field. - Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel for vendor visits and factory audits.
