Quality Assurance Lead

As a Quality Assurance Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain quality processes, conduct reviews, and collaborate on global QA initiatives and processes. You will work closely with teams to ensure that quality standards are met and upheld. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quality assurance. - Collaborate with and manage the team to execute tasks effectively. - Make crucial team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems that are applicable across various teams. - Lead and supervise quality assurance activities within the organization. - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. - Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards. Qualifications Required: - Must have proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Good to have experience with SAP HANA DB Administration. - Possess a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. - Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes. - Familiarity with quality management tools and software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
