Quality Assurance Intern

As a Quality Assurance Intern at our company in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new or updated software/products/processes. - Performing manual and/or automated testing of applications, systems, or manufactured products. - Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs or defects using appropriate tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations to ensure quality at all stages. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. - Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance QA practices. - Analyzing root causes of issues and assisting in implementing preventive measures. - Preparing and maintaining detailed QA documentation and reports. This internship opportunity is for a contract length of 6 months with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus.
