Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in healthcare or computer science or equivalent experience

• 2-5 + years in software QA

• Excellent communication skills and team player

• Demonstrated ability to test moderately complex workflows with limited supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Comfortable navigating third-party websites, portals, or download mechanisms.
• Ability to collaborate across functions (engineering, content, product).
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or payer data systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with
