About Us

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated

QA Engineer

to join our high-performing team and ensure our AI-powered solutions exceed expectations in quality and reliability. If you re ready to make a difference and grow with a dynamic startup, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities

1. Build Excellence:

Design and execute robust test plans, cases and strategies for comprehensive coverage across AI-driven SaaS solutions.

Identify, document and track software defects to resolution while maintaining meticulous records.

Simulate real-world scenarios to validate AI-driven outputs under diverse conditions.

2. Automate for Efficiency:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium or Cypress.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable and repeatable deployments.

3. Optimize Performance:

Conduct performance and stress testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling.

Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and work with developers to implement solutions for enhanced performance.

4. Collaborate and Support:

Partner with engineering, product and design teams to anticipate potential quality challenges during development.

Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to elevate the overall QA practices and team efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience and Expertise:

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

Experience with defect management tools like Jira or similar tools.

Prior experience in an AI SaaS or product company is highly desirable.

2. Automation Skills:

Expertise with automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium or Cypress for web and mobile testing.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Java or JavaScript for custom test scripts.

3. Performance Expertise:

Experience in setting up monitoring tools to measure application responsiveness and system stability under load.

Proficiency in performance, load and stress testing tools.

4. Detail-Oriented Mindset:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and identify edge cases.

Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear communication of test results and recommendations.

5. Problem-Solving and Optimization:

Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.

Strong ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize systems for better performance.
