Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Cloud Cost Forecasting team in Noida. The team consists of 6 members and reports to the Manager. We have strong skills in Java, TypeScript, SQL Server, and technical implementation and would love to connect with you if you have expertise in Automation and Manual Testing with limited support.

About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience in automation and manual testing

• Hands-on experience with SQL queries and scripting

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of databases, servers, and their structures

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, Quality Center (QC), or similar

• Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar)

• Ability to write and maintainautomated test scripts for web, API, or desktop applications

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is an added advantage

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and implementations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel with high customer satisfaction

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be a Team player, with strong reasoning skills, who is able to effectively influence others, and who possesses excellent collaboration skills.

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools

What will you be doing in this role?

• Work on Cloud Cost Forecasting projects, ensuring quality through end-to-end testing activities

• Design and execute automation test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage

• Perform manual testing where required and create detailed test scenarios and test cases

• Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements, share feedback, and resolve issues quickly

• Validate and monitor logs in AWS environments to support testing and issue analysis

• Participate in E2E testing for new features, enhancements, and releases within the Cloud Cost Forecasting platform

• Ensure timely defect reporting, tracking, and resolution with strong attention to detail

• Continuously improve the QA process by adopting best practices in automation, regression testing, and cloud testing
