The role of the Engineer/Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance in ADS Innotech Pvt Ltd. is to ensure that the company achieves its strategic Goals and objectives. Experience: Having 5-6 years of experience in Engineering Industries. Reporting Relationships to Director/CEO of ADS Innotech Job Purpose Planning, Organizing and Supervising the comprehensive ADS Innotech Quality function to deliver Quality product in Time & Cost. Key Responsibilities: a) Ensure & maintain Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health& Safety (OHSAS) within ADS Innotech. b) Ensure effective implementation of EMS& OHSAS practices within ADS Innotech premise to maintain “ZERO” Accident. c) Certification – Maintenance & sustenance of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 at ADS Innotech. d) Process knowledge – Imparting/Initiating Training & Awareness about Fabrication/Welding, Drawing reading, Processes, Fabrication standards, Manufacturing know-how & practices to team members & vendors. e) Quality Performance enhancement at Shop floor & Suppliers / Vendors; Identify gaps, Develop Capabilities based on matrix to meet OTD, RFT and COPQ. f) Define & develop new capabilities, Manufacturing Standards, Specifications, Processes to meet standards for new customer requirements & products. g) RFT – Improve & Monitor Right First Time of Manufactured items concerned to ADS Innotech. a) Prepare plan & maintain calibration status, ensure usage of correct gauges. b) Develop training module, impart training to operating level to enhance Quality performance of ADS Innotech. c) Conduct & review customer complaints, ensure timely submission of CAPA, analyze to avoid recurrence in future. d) Reduction in NCR, timely GRIN clearances to maintain On Time Deliveries of supplies. e) Monitor & Implement Quality Improvement Program to Ensure, QA practices, Document control, In-Process controls. f) Ensure work instructions, SOP, Quality requirement wherever necessary. Implementing and maintaining the defined Quality System across the functions. g) Understand and Implement the LEAN Systems. Impart Training to team members on 5S, KAIZEN, LEAN. h) Train & Develop team & operating members. Build effective Team. i) Ensure Succession planning. Job Dimensions: I.
