Quality Assurance Engineer- Automation

Role Overview: As a Quality Analyst (Manual Automation) in Delhi (Work from Office), you will collaborate with the development team to create test plans and strategies for software projects. Your main responsibility will be developing test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on software requirements and user stories. You will also execute manual and/or automated tests, identify and track software defects, perform regression testing, and conduct performance testing to ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will need to develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, identify process improvement opportunities, and maintain detailed documentation of test plans and results. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the development team to create test plans and strategies. - Develop test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on software requirements. - Execute manual and/or automated tests to identify defects and verify functionality. - Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems. - Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not introduce defects. - Conduct performance testing to meet performance requirements. - Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with requirements. - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices. - Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, cases, and results. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(CS)). - Master's degree is a plus.,
