Quality Assurance Engineer

As an Engineer-Quality Control, you will be responsible for the quality control of fabricated items in the PEB / Fabrication industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Inspection of fabricated items to ensure they meet quality standards. - Supervision of work force to maintain quality control processes. - Handling customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following key skills: - Proficiency in MS Office. - Willingness to work in shifts. - Experience in Mechanical Laboratory. - Effective people management skills. Your profile should include prior experience in fabrication industries, specifically in shop-floor Quality Control. It is important that you have a DME with a minimum of 6 years of experience or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Additionally, you should be well-versed with QA systems and procedures, able to conduct quality audits, implement corrective and preventive actions, troubleshoot quality issues at the shop floor level, and provide training to QA staff and engineers in your team.
