Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing to ensure application compliance with quality standards. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scripts. You will also perform automation testing using tools like Cypress to streamline quality processes and execute API testing using Postman to verify integrations and endpoints. Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs or issues using tools like Jira will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with developers to resolve defects and ensure the application meets user expectations is crucial. Additionally, you will conduct regression testing to validate resolved bugs and prevent reoccurrence. Participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives and continuously improving QA methodologies and tools to optimize testing processes are also part of your role.
