Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

You should possess strong analytical abilities and have good experience in Salesforce CRM application manual testing, as well as coding skills for automation. Your teamwork and communication skills should be excellent. In this role, you will also be responsible for supporting junior team members on test script creation and automation. To be successful in this position, you must be a strong IT professional with 6 to 9 years of experience in both manual and automation testing frameworks, particularly in Salesforce CRM application. You should have strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills and demonstrate high levels of ownership and accountability. Key requirements for this role include: - Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Application testing - 4+ years of experience in an Agile development environment - Strong hands-on experience in QA testing web services, with the ability to develop test scripts and scenarios - Proficiency in analyzing, designing, building, and maintaining effective QA test coverage to meet functional requirements and specifications (Smoke, Functional, Regression, E2E, Performance, etc.) - 3+ years of experience in automating web applications across platforms using test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and JUnit - Good coding skills in Selenium with Java and understanding of OOPS concepts - Ability to integrate test suites with tools in DevOps/CICD pipelines - Knowledge and experience in Test management tools such as JIRA and AIO - Exposure to web technologies (HTTP, XML, REST, HTML, etc.) - Familiarity with Testing and CI tools like Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT, GitHub/Bitbucket - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to handle challenges with perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook - Proficiency in solving complex problems and managing ambiguity and unexpected change - Capability to lead E2E level testing when required - Regular monitoring, providing test and automation status updates, and raising issues and potential risks to Test Lead/Manager - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills This job requires a dedicated individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.,
