Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Implement and maintain project Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and company standards.
Prepare and manage Project Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and inspection checklists.
Conduct site inspections for civil works (RCC, finishing, waterproofing, etc.) and monitor contractor performance.
Manage material approvals, testing, and documentation (test reports, NCRs, CAPA, calibration records).
Coordinate with site, procurement, and design teams to ensure compliance and resolve quality issues.
Lead quality audits, prepare reports, and ensure closure of NCRs and audit observations.
Train site teams and subcontractors on quality procedures and promote a quality-first culture.
Analyze defect trends and drive continuous improvement across project phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 810 years of QA/QC experience in real estate or large construction projects.
Strong knowledge of IS codes, material testing, and finishing standards.
Experience with QA/QC documentation, audits, and root cause analysis.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with QA/QC software preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to ISO 9001/QMS implementation preferred.
