The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma (ITI) in Production Management or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience. While experience in the composite industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil are required for this position.
