Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The following are general responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Auditor:

- Ensure that a mixed of examiners self-audited files and random files are audited to ensure the examiners are following the required guidelines.

- Evaluate the file using SmartQ and the 16 FNTG Self-Assessment attributes as well as evaluate the examiners final report.

- Should know the Smart View application and its functions like Opening & studying the files in details.

- Should possess strong information on team procedures

- Should know Smart Queue application to Report errors, download team reports and to facilitate order tracking and auditing of processed title orders in a systematic manner

- Report out feedback based on the errors found

- Prepare and analyze error reports for management staff review and recommend training

- Must adapt well to changes and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, excel and PPT)

- Ensure adherence to all process guidelines

- Must be L2 certified

To improve the quality, efficiency of Examiners and evaluate risk by Identifying shortfalls or gaps in processes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

The following are key knowledge and Skills required:

- Knowledge of Title business

- Knowledge of tools used by different process

- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all levels within the organization.

- Strong analytical capability.

- Capable of working independently.

- Time Management Skills

- Exceptional listening and analytical skills

- Must be self-motivator and self-starter

- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.

- Well-developed technical skills in Word and Excel.

- Microsoft Outlook (or similar) email & calendaring: send, receive, and file email; create & accept calendar appointments & invitations.

- Microsoft Excel: to keep the raw data and ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
