Quality Assurance Analyst

As a QA Lead at our company, you will have the opportunity to lead QA and automation as well as manual testing responsibilities for the team. Your role will involve translating high-level business goals into actionable testing strategies, adhering to clean code principles, and mentoring junior team members. Ensuring platform reliability in a high-volume, high-availability environment will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and deliver quality solutions, while also supporting CI/CD pipelines and ensuring zero-downtime deployments. In our vibrant office locations, specifically the Pune hub in APAC, you will take ownership of your responsibilities. The APAC region is known for its fast-paced environment, with agile and dynamic teams collaborating across different city centers and tech capitals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead QA and automation as well as manual testing responsibilities. - Translate high-level business goals into actionable testing strategies. - Adhere to clean code principles and mentor junior team members. - Ensure platform reliability in a high-volume, high-availability environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success criteria and deliver quality solutions. - Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure zero-downtime deployments. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, SpecFlow, Selenium, and API testing. - Hands-on experience in manual testing strategies. - Strong hands-on experience with automation framework design patterns. - Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure/services. - Proven ability to convert feature requirements into user stories and test cases. - Experience writing automated regression tests for SaaS platforms and UI features. - Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices. - Proficiency in SQL, XML, and automated UI testing tools. - Experience with shift-left testing and continuous integration practices. - Familiarity with SAFe Agile, Jenkins, and AWS Cloud. - Basic understanding of Openshift/Kubernetes.
