Quality Assurance Analyst

With operations in the US, India, Honduras, and Mexico, our core focus is enabling companies to connect with the best international talent across various domains like Accounting & Finance, Administration, Operations, Space Planning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence. **Responsibilities:** - Aid in designing test plans, scenarios, and scripts - Participate in product planning sessions to provide input on functional requirements and potential problems - Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures - Conduct manual testing post system modifications to prepare for implementation in production **Technical Knowledge and Abilities:** - Knowledge of QA process in a SCRUM environment - Experience in writing test scenarios and test cases based on business rules - Ability to independently identify testing needs and develop a Testing Plan - Familiarity with Selenium or other end-to-end testing frameworks/software - Experience within the lending market is a significant plus, such as consumer lending, underwriting, credit union or bank experience **Communication and Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in Manual and Automation testing - Experience in PHP development is considered advantageous - Strong written English skills for documentation - Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in communication through telephone, email, and video with a professional approach - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and commit to a work schedule as a dependable team player,
